The Account Resolution Specialist

Will provide customer servicing in both an inbound and outbound environment.  They will work to resolve any customer concerns as well as work to negotiate any outstanding amounts owed.

Primary responsibilities include:

  •  Answer inbound calls from customers regarding their account
  •  Make outbound calls to assigned accounts that are typically 0-180 days past due
  •  Negotiate payment options and create payments in the system as authorized by the borrower
  •  Maintain customer files by obtaining updated demographic and financial information on each call
  •  Document all customer interactions
  • Educate customers on the leasing program
  • Maintain high levels of quality by following established procedures

  • High School diploma or Equivalent
  • At least 6 months’ previous experience in the financial service industry, customer service industry, sales, or a related role (preferred)
  • Outgoing, enthusiastic phone etiquette
  • Basic computer and keyboard skills
  • Ability to meet client scheduling requirements
