The Account Resolution Specialist
Will use proven strategies to contact customers to negotiate and collect payment within specified guidelines and laws.
Collections and Call Center experience a MUST!
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Achieve monthly Account Resolution Specialist goal as determined by ACI’s bonus structure. (Pro-rated for new hires)
Utilize telephones, letter, dialer and skip tracing techniques to contact customers and collect payment, including outbound calls.
Comply with company policies and procedures (to include all IT required security and privacy policies. and procedures), client standards and all applicable federal, state and regulatory laws.
Ability to comply with minimum work schedule. (includes evening(s) and weekend(s) shifts)
Process credit, debit, check by phone payments.
At least 6 months’ previous experience in customer service, collections, sales, the financial service industry or a related role (Collections preferred)
Basic computer and keyboard skills
Ability to meet minimum scheduling requirements
