We are seeking EXPERIENCED collectors for an Established National Lender. High balances, fresh primary credit card and consumer loan paper and competitive hourly salary based on experience!

SUMMARY:

The Account Resolution Specialist will use proven strategies to contact customers to negotiate and collect payment within specified guidelines and laws. Looking for candidates that possess strong written and verbal communication skills.

Collections and Call Center experience is required.

QUALIFICATIONS/SKILLS NEEDED:
• 1+ year(s) collections experience
• High School Diploma or equivalency
• Basic computer and keyboard skills
• CUBS Knowledge
• Ability to meet minimum scheduling requirements weekly and monthly
