ACI Partners with Laps for Limbs for Quarterly Charitable Donation

Laps for Limbs is an ability-focused, community organization that raises awareness and funds for local children and veterans with amputations.
Laps for Limbs promotes accessibility and inclusivity, open to people of all abilities and ages. This walk/run/roll event creates community advocacy for amputees, in a family-friendly environment, while raising funds for costs associated with amputation.

ACI Employees raised funds during the first quarter of 2018 to gain support and add meaningful experiences for local children and veterans with amputations. Proceeds raised benefit children and veterans with amputations, extending beyond the cost of medical needs, to positively impacting the quality of life. ACI supports the American Cancer Society’s Relay For Life

AMHERST, N.Y. – American Coradius International LLC hosted its annual charity hockey game and fund raising drive to support the American Cancer Society’s Grand Island Relay For Life.  Friends and family of ACI attended and played in the 5th Annual Daniel McBride Memorial Cup on April 30th at the Harborcenter in downtown Buffalo. The game featured current Buffalo Sabre Justin Bailey, local NBC news anchor Pete Gallivan, and professional female hockey player Hayley Williams.

The event was attended by several hundred spectators, and raised over $5,200. Including proceeds raised through the hockey game, ACI’s employees have raised and donated well over $15,000 and counting for the American Cancer Society in 2017.
